I understand and agree to the following conditions:

            I may arrive up to 1/2 hour early to set up the room/decorate.

            A refrigerator/freezer is available for my use for such items as ice cream, juice, etc.

            A table for gifts and a table for the cake will be available.

            A large conference table and chairs will be available for seating.  I will use a table covering
                to protect the table top.  This conference table is not to be moved under any circumstances.

            Restrooms are located in the front entrance room.

            Food is allowed to be brought in, such as sandwiches, pizza delivery, etc.

            A large trash receptacle is provided and a wash sink is located next to the refrigerator.  I will
               clean up when the party is ended. 

All members of my party must have their hand stamped by your Ticket Agent to signify that
                they may ride the train without tickets.  Parents are welcome to ride the train with their                 
                children.  Children under 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult to ride the train.

            I will treat your facilities with care.  I will be held responsible for any damages to walls,
                furniture, floor, etc. that occur during my stay.

I will have adult supervision of all invited children during the party, whether in the party
                room, the gift shop area, the model train room, restroom, etc.

No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.

Refund of train rental only if inclement weather prevents operation of train.
