Payment in advance required. (Tickets for Option A can be purchased on day of

All rates are a minimum of one hour.
Additional $20 deposit required, which is refundable when room is cleaned by renter after party.
Room size is 20' x 30'.
No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.
Refund of train rental only if inclement weather prevents operation of train.
Train rides available April through December only.
Above prices good through December 31, 2011.
